Eligible iOS monthly and yearly subscriptions may include a 3-day introductory trial. Weekly subscriptions and current Android plans do not include a trial. The purchase screen is authoritative.

SkinPal AI is available on iOS and Android. The website provides product information and demonstrations; it is not a live browser-based skin analysis app.

For best results: Use natural lighting, remove makeup, position your face in the frame guide, keep a neutral expression, and ensure the camera is steady.

Photos may be rejected if they're too blurry, poorly lit, don't show your full face, or if you're wearing makeup or accessories that obscure your skin.

Currently, SkinPal AI requires real-time photos taken within the app to ensure consistent quality and lighting for accurate analysis.

Hydration measures moisture levels, Texture analyzes smoothness, Tone evaluates evenness, Redness indicates inflammation, Oiliness tracks sebum production, and Acne counts visible blemishes.

SkinPal estimates visible skin patterns from photos for personal tracking. Results can vary with lighting, camera quality, angle, and individual skin characteristics. It is not validated to diagnose skin conditions and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Skin changes daily based on sleep, hydration, stress, weather, and skincare routine. Small fluctuations are normal - focus on long-term trends.

We use end-to-end encryption, secure cloud storage, and follow strict privacy practices. Your photos are never shared without consent.

Open Settings in SkinPal AI and choose Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your registered email address with 'Data Deletion Request' in the subject line. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Only you can see your photos and analysis results. Our AI processes them automatically without human review.

Try: Force closing and reopening the app, checking for app updates, ensuring stable internet connection, or reinstalling the app if issues persist.

Check that you've granted camera permissions in your device settings. On iOS: Settings > SkinPal AI > Camera. On Android: Settings > Apps > SkinPal AI > Permissions.

Ensure you're using the same sign-in method (Google or Apple) you used to create your account. Check your internet connection and try again.

iOS: Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > SkinPal AI. Android: Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > SkinPal AI. Cancel anytime before renewal.

Cancelling stops future renewal but does not immediately delete your account or data. Subscription access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Use Delete Account in Settings if you also want your account and data deleted.

The first skin scan is free. An active subscription is required for additional skin analyses, ongoing progress tracking, skincare routine guidance, and ingredient-label product matching after the free scan or any eligible introductory trial.

Refunds are handled through your app store. Contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store support for refund requests.
